The hygienist was absolutely amazing. She and Dr. Lawson were so gentle and caring and addressed my issues immediately. The hygienist was the best I’ve ever had and Dr. Lawson was fantastic. I have been coming here for over 40 years and this was my first time with each of them and they were so caring and supportive of my needs. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful.

Very friendly and informative as soon as you enter the office. All the staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly and family oriented, they make you feel so valued as a patient. Thank you for making my dental visit the best ever !

I absolutely love your staff and how comfortable they make you feel. I have been terrified to get my teeth fixed and they made it incredibly easy to make the choice. The process from begining to end was amazing. Cannot thank you enough

I am so pleased with Mountain Empire Dental. Going through the process of getting a lower partial has been a small journey. First the extractions, then after a period of healing, it was castings. A brief visit for a test fit and the the final fitting. Overall about a 2 month process, but it’s been a total “Quality of Life” improvement. The staff along with Dr. Cagle is very professional and understanding. The word “talented” could be applied. Thank you so much Mountain Empire Dental.

I've lived in the Tri-Cities for over 9 years and have gone through so many dentist. I'm so very thankful to finally found my dentist!! First, you can truly see they care! From the front desk back to the actual dentist. That's so refreshing. But even more than that. In my situation; I am a problem child. Very difficult situations and each and every time I am meet with quality care and compassion. I'm truly very thankful for this office.

Absolutely wonderful group of people! Today was my first visit and from start to finish everyone I encountered were so nice and made me feel welcome! I also was very pleased with the service they provided.I highly recommend them and can hardly wait for my next appointment!

I had an absolutely wonderful visit with this office today. Staff is extremely friendly and went above in helping me with the anxiety that I have about dental work. They made it so easy for me and I will definitely go back to them. I could say so many good things about this place and the people that work there. They are highly recommended.

I have been going to Mountain Empire Dental for a long time and they have always been wonderful. Both Kelly and Lisa have cleaned my teeth and they both are so kind, caring, personable and do a great job cleaning my teeth and also offer the best advise on dental care. I have been seen by three of the dentists throughout the years for the oral exams and they are all wonderful. I have also had nothing but great friendly interactions with the staff at check in and out. Highly recommend this office!

Absolute best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Everyone was kind, considerate, and very friendly easy to get along with.. The dental assistant, Chris, Was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to see them again. I think my doctor‘s name is Dr Lawson. He was like a comedian very funny. He loved him made the experience very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back and get more work done thank you.

Love the office. Love the staff, they're all as nice & sweet as can be. I had a broken tooth on my first visit. They worked me in within a week. Dr. Cagle & Olive "crowned"me very nicely. Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Candice who was knowledgeable & explained everything as she was doing it. Got all my teeth x-rayed too. It is so nice having people who know their jobs & do it well. I cannot say enough about the whole office & were helpful in every way. If all of Dr. Cagle,& his staff were a type of candy, they would have to be cotton candy, they are that sweet. I had many horrible experiences with dentists, but this office did outstanding work. I didn't even have to wait long before my appt time.
